Jas has worked as a freelance programmer and producer since 2004. This includes:

• Bracknell Mela (Asian festival) – programming of music, dance, exhibitions, promenade performances and workshops
• A ten day international film festival
• Two months national digital exhibition
• A number of live music, dance and theatre events including Bhangra legends Alaap and Heera, Nylon Soundz featuring State of Bengal, Rajasthani folk musicians, Taufeeq Querashi, 
Theatre performances by Rasa Theatre, Bhangra and Bollywood nights and the Panjabi Hit Squad
